The Red Wolf offers you a refund or exchange in case of damage to the product during transportation. We will accept your request within 30 days after the date of receipt of the product and after sending and validating a photograph that clearly shows the damage to the product.

If you choose for an exchange, you will have to bear all costs of shipping the return and shipping of the new product. Exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging completely intact.

In case of an inaccurate delivery, a delivery of wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity,The Red Wolf corrects the delivery on his own costs.

If your order got lost on the way, please let us know as soon as possible and we will file a complaint with our carrier and provide you a solution in a 30 days window.
